Medium Logo — It’s Nice That

Medium should definitely add a messaging feature (or an integration with third-party software) for writers to chat and collaborate.

Thanks to some Shopify Product Managers — my recent Medium article on Shop Stores got on the radar of a Medium publication called ‘Noteworthy by Journal’.

I woke up to this note from Sam DeBrule, Co-founder of Journal.

Now, I would have loved to just ping him right from Medium.

But instead, I went to his medium profile, then his publication’s profile, then publication’s Twitter account, clicked on ‘Following’ and finally, I found his Twitter handle, phew.

Medium — I hope you understand. Please allow us to connect with other creators within the platform. It’ll also create stickiness and boost engagement among your power users.
